My TV Debut-- My Game Room was featured on TV

MameMaster!:
Hello Everyone!

I'm happy to say that my TV Debut came off great!....for those of you who know me, you know that I have a mini arcade in my NYC apartment (see  the April issue of GameRoom Magazine for the full story).

But a few weeks ago Kevin, the publisher got a call from a new show on NBC (channel 4 here in NY) called "OpenHouse NY" that features real estate sales info (like house hunters) and "fun" ideas for your apartment/house (like renovations).

Any way, they asked me my opinion of who locally had a "must see home arcade" so of course I sent them over to Jeff Kinder (of the Dragon's Lair Project). I knew he was in NJ and had very recently posted his arcade renovations here on BYOAC.

While we were talking I mentioned that I too had a mini arcade and they decided to add me to the segement too!

So folks....here it is......you can watch the clip in full here for this week (on the main page, later it may go to an "archive" page)---

www.openhouseny.tv

You have to choose "floor plans" but mine is the first video clip on the page....

ENJOY!!! ( and look for the quick shot of the "arcadecontrols.com" hat I have on display)!

...by the way...the show will repeat for about 3 more times this week on channel 4......different times throughout the day.... ;D

Nice little deal there Mitch.  Think you could get a copy of the video for yourself?

I'm getting a copy of the full interview.......they actually taped about 3 hours of stuff.

I'm going to edit it together for the "real" interview where I talked about GameRoom Magazine, BYOAC and Mame™.

I'm guessing I'll make it about 10-15 minutes long.....definitely not 3 hours! (I'm not that cruel!).

Not sure where I'll post it.....but I hope to have that soon.

I've already had my gameroom on TV.  This is so two years ago.

I setup lights and my sister worked the camera and I used a a broken in half oreo for my clip on microphone.
