For future reference to anybody looking for the weight of various plywoods, it is roughly 100 lbs for 1" and appropriately divided from there:

1/4" about 25lbs, 3/8" about 37lbs, 1/2" bout 50lbs, 5/8 about 62lbs, 3/4" about 75lbs...etc

My system is based on 4'x8' sheets, it also applies mostly to fairly standard grades of plywood, like A/C or B/C, or C/D.  I wouldn't have as much faith in it when referring to Apple Ply, Super Ply, or Shop Birch, although I doubt it would be far off.

I think this is another attempt at fractional humor  :dizzy:
3' by 6'  is 3/4 of a 4' by 8' sheet.  :dunno

ahem, ahem. No it's not. 4'x6' would be 3/4 of a 4'x8' sheet. 3x6 would be 56.25% of a sheet.
