mamewah + wingun + instant sheller problems
Pitou:
Hello,
Question #1
At the moment, I'm using "instant sheller" to start mamewah when powering up my PC (hiding windows XP).
Now I'm adding a LCD topgun using Wingun. I know I can use wingun -m to start it minimized.
Where should I put this command line?
Does "instant sheller" inhibits all windows startup procedure?
Question #2
When using Wingun, mame 0.118 doesn't detect any button when trying to map the trigger. Any idea?
Last thing. I really prefer Wingun over Guncon2 PC driver for it's calibration process. Wingun is dead on with only 1 calibration, although with Guncon2 PC drive, I never succeeded making it precise, I'm always offset in the bottom right corner.
Any hints?
Thanks.
Pitou!

I'm having the same problem. I can't get the trigger to work in Mame with WinGun but it does with GunCon2. However, the calibration is SO much better in WinGun. I've gone into the Mame config menu and tried to change the trigger but it doesn't even notice the pulled trigger.
Did you ever get a resolution to this?

Did either of you?
I am having the same problem. Excellent calibration, no trigger.

Hi guys, do you have multimouse turned on? I tried Wingun once and I didn't like it so I went back to Guncon2pc.

I've had two Topguns now for ages, but I've had so many problems trying to get it to work in different situations, I've left them alone for a while. I wish there were a definitive start-to-finish guide, with sources, pictures and downloads.
