I know its not proper, but back in the day I had a "Friend" who used a windshield fluid pump to serve alcohol in his car. I guess you could wire a 12v DC pump and a push button to serve. As for cooling, i don't know if it would be enough, but at one time there was a gimmick hat out there that advertised a cooling strip in the band that ran off of two "C" sized batteries. It seams you could wire a 3V DC trans. in for that. Good Luck |

A peltier (plus heatsink and fan) might be an option for you. They are sometimes used for CPU cooling, and some of us RC racers use them for our motor cooling during intense practice sessions. You can see more here on the RC motor cooler here. You probably don't want a peltier this strong though. You will also have to accomodate for the condensation. |
