Does anyone know of any place that has compiled all the marquees, side art, icons, cabinet, etc. that Mame uses

If you goto the MAMEWorld site they have a list with links to all the art files and how many there are, e.g.
Flyer Archive: 3377
Marquees: 1233

Control Panels: 936
