I recently just got my order from Scott. Everything turned out amazing!

Saying that, communication with him was a little off. My first email to him with questions and quotes was never answered. Later on I tried to email him and the message bounced back as undeliverable. My order also never listed as Shipped on the order summary page until the day I actually recieved it in the mail.

I think Scott just runs this business at night after he gets home from his real job so I'm sure he gets swamped from time to time - I've used him twice and he's been great.

He's probably swamped after he went on vacation a week ago. I just got my order yesterday and must say his work is the tops.

I didn't have a problem with communication, but I got a second "your order has been shipped" email last night.  ???

The first was direct from the USPS saying that the label was printed, but I got my order a day or two after that.

I did get an email back from someone there when my email went through without the attachment. She just told me that it wasn't attached, and I said I'd FTP it. I also had no problem getting the FTP info from Scott via email.
