Just pick the style you want and build it out of MDF and paint it black or laminate it with woodgrain.   Fit a monitor and a cherry master board in it with a cherry master harness and switches and you have a CM game.   If you go for a newer style game you can use  a VGA monitor.   If you are asking about the CM cabs you probably already know about bill acceptors, printers and credit knock off controls.

Actually they are very much like a small arcade cab with different controls and buttons.

You could probably put one in a carbarat type arcade cab very easily.
