I have been hearing about this project for a while and how awesome it is supposed to be, but this is the first sampling of what it looks like yet. Looks like it will kick ass. The poem was pretty damn cool when I read it in High School.

I fell into the group that thought most of the cgi characters in Polar Express were creepy, but it does appear they have worked out some of the kinks now.

Having said that, I am jealous of the computer guys who worked on this movie. Why, you ask? Well that should be obvious: they have a fully rendered, accurate, nude model of Angelina Jolie. Imagine the possibilities!!! :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2: It's like Star Trek, all you guys here know exactly the first thing you'd do if you had access to the holodeck. ;D

Have you seen Beowulf and Grendel from 2005?  It's in my netflix queue, looks like it should be pretty good.

Dress up like Captain Picard and pretend to command my own Enterprise?!

There was an episode once of TNG in which it was explained that during his "heat period", Worf would spent alot of time "in the holodeck". When I saw that episode I was like, Hell YEAH!!

Ok, now I get it...Worf was pretending to be Captain Picard...commanding his own Enterprise.

But those Klingons should be careful...if you're too rough commanding it...it could cause problems later.
