if you want to have gameex load at startup, that is as easy as placing a shortcut in the startup folder, however people will still see that you are running windows. if you want to completely hide windows...the wiki is very helpful http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Hiding_Windows by following these steps, you can pretty much completely disguise your system so nobody even knows it is a regular PC. load your front end as shell and the desktop never appears at all. i havent tried it with gameex, but it works like a charm with MALA |

Once I set Windows to 640x480, I didn't think it looked too bad at all. Sure, the icons and such were huge, but I only use Windows to launch my front end anyway. The games look spectacular on the set. I'm using a DVI --> Component adapter though. |

I found windows looks pretty crisp on my tv using component. At first it looked terrible, but I changed the background and all the folders/font to a black-green design. Now I can read everything without the white burning my retina. |
