Cinelabs added to Vendors-Parts

I'm not sure if I should post all changes made, but I wanted to mention this because I feel it's important for the Arcade community. Cinelabs produces and sells High Voltage transformers for (now) 3 monitors that are often used in real arcade cabs:

- Amplifone 19"/25" (color vector)
- Wells-Gardner 6100 (color vector)
- Sanyo EZ-20 (Nintendo cabs !)

Thanks to Cinelabs, many of these classic cabs can keep running or be repaired to former glory !
