Yeah, I tried many things, but the only way I could get them to work is to:
Set the executable to:
explorer.exe
Set the commandline to:
%path%\%rom%.%ext%
Now here's where it gets strange, but so help me I've duplicated this over and over to verify:
Add a second extension (any 3 letter extension) to Rom Extentions, for example:
lnk, txt
Now refresh the main game list.
That's the ONLY thing that works for me. Want to break it? Remove the txt rom extension and refresh the main game list. See? It no longer works. Also with the older version of Mala, I don't remember having to use Explorer.exe as the executable.
Anybody have shorter directions to get LNK files to work?

I see where the new beta of Mala (9b) fixes the lnk issues. I will give it a shot this evening.

No, I still have to do the above, even with the beta version. That is, if there are only LNK files in the roms folder, it fails unless I do the above.
