Oh!??!

Thanks for all the kind words ..

theCoder: Thank you. Best one yet? Well, don't know/can't say, but.. I was (am still) hoping that the best is yet to come..

Still, Pro-Pinball? Is that some kind of a game :) Shock me!

Well, only Timeshock!. And yes, I was anticipating the question ;) Anyway, a great table/game it is! And now I'll have to make another layout ..for that table alone!

Space Fractal: Thank U very much. Trying my best..Hey, just might have to try another jukebox along the line ..

Donkey_Kong: Thanks! Yeah, Metallica works for me too. Stunning ..

All you people: Thanks for everything: for all the cool examples, ideas, comments etc.

I'll bump this thread as soon as the layouts are finished, sorry. ? ( ;) )

?!

I've been asked "a couple" of times about the miniature buttons I've used on all my builds. So far it's been like "Eh, well, ..you might find them at X..?"

Now, add csa3d. Thank you very, very much!

The buttons I've used seem to be exactly like the HAPP Miniature Momentary Contact Pushbuttons, type A.

So, there you have it :) Good luck with all your builds

this very well could be a very dumb question. From a woodworking stand point, how do you hold down the front panels to the juke? i don't see screw holes on the front?

No dumb questions here

Still...

Hiding in plain sight? Seems to work as planned :)

Actually, all the panels are screwed (from the outside) into the 28mm supports glued & screwed to the sides (also from outside).. Just take a closer look and you'll see screws :(  (See previous posts/whole thread..)

All(most all) the screw heads on the black (front/bottom/back) panels are countersunked and were finally ("blackened") touched up with a Pentel "permanent marker"..

And, really, there are six (6) big screws holding the main control panel (all the four layers of it) in place in all the pictures. I did not even try to hide them.. So,  I take it that the silver/gray on black design seems to make the screw heads quite imperceptible / a part of the design.. no?

Three per side..

Thanks for asking and good luck with all your builds

Your work on this unit is magnificent.  Even professiional equipment does not seem to reach the level that you have produced.  Your artistic eye and attention to detail make all your projects top notch.   :applaud: :applaud:
