I would never own one of those for the simple fact that sourcing parts would have the odds of slim and none.

Depends where you live..I would be that in and around most metropolitan areas you can find parts fairly easily. ie, there are enough shops that work on these regularly that you can get original and repro parts without too much trouble. Also, with the internet and 'net clubs, that makes the issue even easier.
10 years ago my dad owned a '58 Alfa Romeo Guilietta roadster and even then he was able to source original parts for most things. Things he couldn't find, he had fabricated at a local machine shop to original specs.

Within the realm of cars I could actually own, I've always been partial to the last-gen Supras for some reason.
