Console to arcade monitor

I may be able to get ahold of a nice modern Sega cabinet with 29" monitor and I'd be interested in connecting my PS2 to the machine so i can play Virtua Fighter, as well as a PC for MAME games.

My question is is there an easy way to connect and switch around the consoles or should I just find a TV that'll fit nicely?

First, when you say a "modern" sega cab, you need to be a little more specific.  Is it the Virtua Tennis 2 style? (metal frame tilted slightly back?)   Or a japenese sitdown cab?  The point being the monitor that comes with some of these accept VGA (31.5khz).  And I do not know if it will also accept std res (15khz)...which you will only be able to output from a PS2.

Lastly, it would be a disgrace to not use this with a Dreamcast.  Not only because its a real Sega cab, but also because the Dreamcast can output both 15khz and 31.5lhz.  ;D

What you need is Here. Although when I went There it looked like their squid was broke.

The Naomi metal upright one.

I'm way ahead of you on the DC ideas. Mars Matrix, Bangai-O, Ikaruga, Fighting Vipers 2, Virtua Tennis and Soul Calibur are all eagerly awaiting installation.

If you look in the console section of this website look at the dreamcast to arcade monitor.  The ps2 is simular, but not as easy.  Uses the vga box.
