What do you guys think?  The texture isn't as heavy as the pictures would lead you to believe, mind you.

Good start.  It looks really clean.  Looking forward to your pics when it is completed.

Thanks for the timely pictures.  Just this morning while I was mowing my yard, I thought "hmm, maybe white with black T-Molding".  I like the look of yours, so I think I will consider your pallet.

Wienerdog:  What cabinet do you have?  Custom, or classic?

Beautiful job, hope mine turns out that nice (looking good so far, just less textured on account of the sanding between coats and glossier).  I especially like the Polycrilic clear coating.

I wonder what a fully restored Pac-Land is worth, anyways.. it's not a bad game and I'll 99.9% likely keep it, but come on.. even Pac-Mania is more fun.. probably the only Pac which is worse is.. Professor..? ???

BTW, what you guys see here is the final layer of PRIMER.   Never got around painting the cab because I plan on putting full size Centipede sieart which will cover everything anyways.

I do plan on doing some heavy sanding before applying the art, but in the meantime I'm keeping the cab white as is.

Hey, I really love this shape! :)
Your texture sure shows much more out then mine - compared to this I have none. :)

Very low profile.  What size monitor will the depth of your cab accomodate?

On mine I've a 19" WellsGardner in - not much depth left then!

I'm planning on using a 24" TV.   It is 23.1" wide  (vs 23.75" cab interior).  Depth is about 19".

If this doesn't fit I'll remove from the case.

The flash tends to make the texture look stronger than it really is.   There is definitely a texture in my cab, but no way near as heavy as it look in that closeup pic!
