SGT is going to put me out of the 'MaLa Support' Business :laugh2:  My Daughter and I were playing Daytona and Sega Rally last night (using Model 2). It makes me want to build a driving Cab... Can it be made of of scrap Pine like my 'Guitar Hero' Guitar ? ;) |

It would be nice to play Daytona on my driving cab. What type of computer specs do you need to play this (generally speaking)? Also is this Model 2 emulator a standalone emulator or must you have Mame configured as well .... for some reason? |

I can only tell you what spec my machine is - 1.8 GHz Athlon, 1Gb RAM, 128Mb Ati graphics. And Daytona runs fine - just a few glitches with the speech and music (but not enough to put me off). All the games run fine on my machine (running at 640x480). The emulator is stand alone - nothing to do with mame. Each game has its own "config" in that you can setup the input via the gui. I seem to remember theres a "service" button too - either F1 or F2 for calibrating controls, setting country code (usually JPN, USA or EXP). Buks |
