punctuation pedants (its a quiz)

this isnt me trying to defend myself at all on my punctuation or lack of as most would say,i was hoping the title would pull people in though.

its a for fun thing that people may enjoy about punctuation  and im not trying to be a smartass posting it as its not something i thought up , i think ive worked it out but im not positive.
here goes



dogs dogs dogs dogs dogs

punctuate into a sentence as it stands (dont add any words that is) to give it meaning as a sentence. answers with as brief an explanation as possible please.

hope you dont already know it, let people try n work it out first if you do

no thats not really a sentence, in fact its three sentences, i would say.
the answer makes a proper sentence.
