I think you are looking for DVD quality videos.  Torrents provide them for movies some times but not for videos.  You can buy DVD music vids but I don't know if you can get an 80s collection in this manner.

If you're looking for classic stuff, try recording your own of the television -- VH1-Classics has 80's stuff and the like.

you can save anything found on youtube using a mozilla or chrome plugin...its almost too easy.
EVERYTHING is on youtube...
