I am in the process of restoring mine right now.  It looks just like the one in the pic, right down to the all-white sides.  ;D

I will get you some measurements when I get home tonight.

Has anyone ever sourced the offset t-mold for these cabs? It's not the regular offset t-mold that you can find most places, it isn't offset quite that much. I don't want to have to reroute a groove. If Art loses his tape measure, I can measure my Hyper Sports cab.

According to the flyer, the dimensions for the cab are:

Height 73"
Length (depth) 32"
Width 28"

I don't know why, but it always looks like these should be a mini cab when just looking at the pictures.

I'm sure someone can verify these. Hyper Sports' Flyer lists the same dimensions.

From I understand these figures are not correct. Certainly not the figure for the width anyway.

I wonder if those might be the dimensions for the crated game. Usually the measurements are for the unit itself. Weird.

Thank-you very much to ArtMame for getting those dimensions and to More Cowbell  for offering. Your help is greatly appreciated. I did not expect to get any replies with this request but it shows what a great community this is.

I have bought a set of Track and Field Side Art from phoenixarcade and from that I will be able to work out the angles and curves on the side panels. From my original control panel I know that the width of the cabinet is 23 11/16" or 26 11/16" including side panels.

I was going to try and guess some of the other dimensions but if it is not to much trouble I was wondering if it would be possible to take a few more measurements to enable me to be more accurate. The ones I am after are shown on the diagram.

Thanks again.

I can get you some of those measurement when I get home.

I can tell you right now that on my machine, the monitor and monitor bezel are angled back way more than in the drawing you have.  It may look better, or be more practical the way you have it, which is cool if you are taking artistic liberties with your replica.  But if you are going for an exact replica, then you will need to tilt the monitor back more.

Also, #6 and #7 I won't be able to provide because I have an over/under style coin door on mine.

The drawing is from the games' manual and as you state it is not very accurate but I would like to try and be as accurate as I can be.

Since we're discussing the Track & Field cab, does anyone know if the dimensions to Gyruss are the same?

The side panels appear to be the same shape except for the CP Cutout. The front panel and CP itself also look to be the same shape.

this guy has already done it and has all the measurements and such in that thread. he may even have created a plan to work from as I recall.
