Sorting your music

SK has a specific way music needs to be sorted for it to run properly and I have all of my mp3's in one big folder.  I am looking for a program that dose sort of what VMJ dose with its sort option.  I would use it but it seems to leave out songs, and even whole cd's.  If there is one that will also pull out embeded album covers it would be my dream program. 

So my question is are there any programs like this that are really good and free?  Ive searched the web and forum and havnt come across one I really like.
