Please can you answer a few questions:
I notice that no carriage bolts are showing. Presumably you countersunk the joystick mounting bolts. I am considering doing that but I'm concerned that it won't be strong enough because you're effectively making the wood thinner at the countersinking points. What has your experience been, and what size/type bolts did you use? Also will you use carriage bolts to hold down the sides of the plexiglass or will it just be held it place with the buttons?
What type of transparent sheeting did you use (lexan, plexiglass etc), how thick was it, and where did you buy it?
Where did you get the artwork printed and how much did it cost? Also what program did you use to design it? I visited a couple of local print shops yesterday and was quite shocked at how expensive it is to print anything bigger than A3. I was quoted about
