Couldn't fully follow your description of your wiring. Did not sound complete but not sure where all the connections are on the TB and how the door switch is wired. Maybe this diagram will help you.

That chart helps a lot. I can tell you what's different on mine.
1. The A/C plug goes directly into the filter.
2. The fuse comes after the filter. The filter goes into the fuse and the out of the fuse goes into the AC on/off switch.
From the chart I'm thinking that the output from the filter going directly into the distribution block, is in the wrong place. I don't remember exactly where it was before I took it out but I think I have it in the earth ground of the iso transformer. :-[ It was the only thing not hard wired or saudered and I didn't take a good picture of where it was before I unplugged it.
I'll try putting it in as per the chart and see what happens. Hoepfully I havn't damaged anything.

When I did this, I took pictures of the "before" state for this exact reason. :) If you're still stuck this evening, I can take a look at my setup and see if there's anything helpful I can come up with.
