For anyone that was interested in the new cabinet I was getting and I had spoken with them in the past about it... It just came in... I have been really busy working on a LOT of other stuff lately here though so I have not had much time to play with it yet though.

Although for anyone interested, here are a couple of sneak peek shots of the cabinet just laying around till I update my web site with all the new info.

41" Sega Megalo410 Projection Jamma cabinet with 15/25/31khz switchable.

That is awesome.  Do you mind me asking what that set you back.  I am still looking for a sit-down cab, but I've never seen that one.  I'm still dealing with the shipping problems of being on the east coast.

Agent Davis:
That looks badass dude.  I think it would be cool to put it on a platform that would have a crank that could lift it by cranking so you could play it standing up too.  In any case a cabinet like that is really cool in that you can just put a couch a few feet away and hook some consoles up to it too to play or watch TV.  To me, stand up cabs sit to high to sit back on a couch or something and play on or watch tv.

It set me back a wee bit... not as much as I though it would... but it was well worth the investment.  Even just for me to watch my Anime on :)  Shipping was not that bad though as I found another frieght company to do it from CA to FL rather then the generally used ones.  I paid $250 rather than $400 everyone else wanted.

Agent Davis:

To my surprise, I guess quite a few people actually put Japanese sitdown cabinets on a platform to raise them up higher, but from what I have seen, they all make it look like crap.  Let alone it takes away from the whole point of having a sitdown.  The standup cabinet I used to have was nice, but after a while it's nice to sit down and stools are still not all that comfortable.  As for this one, I have it across the room and when I sit back on the couch or LazyBoy it is awsome for watching DVD's or whatever you put on it.  It is at a perfect height where the joysticks do not even get in the way of watching.

So to you both, I thank you greatly for your kind words... please check the web page shortly for all the goodies and lowdown that comes from it :)

I just can not wait to get under way with fixing it up and showing it off... it is really a very nice cabinet that pictures on the Net just do not give it justice to.

Thanks again,

mS
