I *think* you should be able to upload PDFs using the wiki's image upload form;

Too bad you can't upload zips the same way, but I'm sure that would only open up the wiki for abuse.

If I try a PDF file it gives a warning that it is not a recommended file format and does not allow the upload.  Will have to wait to ftp it.

put files -- you can't download, it's an upload only.

Let me know if that doesn't work?
