Those appear to be the same type of connector usually used for computer case LED connections to motherboards.

As far as where "ELSE" you can get them . . .   ???

Try a local mom and pop type computer store where they build the computer to order.  They should have lots of leads in the shop.

I just ripped a handful out of old PC cases.

What, you guys don't have a PC graveyard at your house?

I bought a kit at Microcenter that had about 5 or 6 different color cables like that if I'm seeing the picture correctly.  You use them to connect the motherboard to the front panel for the power/reset buttons and LEDs for the hard drive and power indicators.  I think it was just a couple of dollars.  If you dont have a Microcenter locally, you can try online.

These are the exact Molex parts:

The six connector plug to mate with the Happ Trackball 03-09-2061 $2 at Radio Shack.
The four conductor plug on the Opti-Wiz: 50-57-9004 free sample from Molex.
The two conductor plug on the Opti-Wiz: 50-57-9002 free sample from Molex.

I didn't realize I needed Crimp Terminals inside the little plastic housings. Without the $200 Hand Crimper, I butchered the crimps on the big six conductor plug, and I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to do the little ones either.

Thoroughly dejected, I emailed Randy at GGG who said he'd make a special version of this cable for me for $15. If you have access to the crimper, you could make this cable for about $5 worth of parts. I didn't and I think this a fair price for a cable with a professional finish.
