I'd either do the whole door or leave it alone. That just looks too hard to do perfectly and one of those things you'll always look at and be annoyed by if it's not. |

I think all those pieces come off so I could spray paint them individually. Maybe this weekend I'll take everything apart and put some masking tape on everything and then spray them pink. If I don't like the look I can always take off the tape - if I do then I can spray the parts for real. It's a win-win, I think... |

Even if you paint it perfectly it's going to look very out of place, like you ran out of parts. I understand you've got a pink theme, but there's too much of a good thing. Look at your control panel, it's black, the coin door will look fine matching that. Either go all pink to hide it or leave it black. If you want a pink accent on the door then you need an actual design. I gotta go pick up something soon, if it comes out nice check my project thread for an idea of how you can bring a design to the coin door. ;) |

After staring at it for a while I don't like it at all. I sure wish I could get those clear assemblies though... |

Do you actually need the ability to insert coins? If you do away with the coin slot and just go with a rectangular button it will be a lot easier to source. |
