Nahh, it's just that it's a monochrome image.  Amber is a warm yellow that borders on orange, but not quite.    Think of the stuff they found the mosquito in, in Jurassic Park :)

Awww nuts.

Thanks Randy - I was almost ready to order them just to find out.  Excellent reference too - I know exactly the color you are talking about.

I wonder how pink spray paint would work on the ones I have... I'd be losing the illumination but at least the colors would look right.  It is bugging me that everything on my cab will be pink or black except for red coin return buttons - they will stick out like crazy.

Maybe if we put our heads together we could think of a solution...

Get the clear ones and put a pink plastic film in them?

A plastics dye?

They make pink incadescents, maybe easier to try at first?

lighting gel
if you find a theatre suppliers you can ask for a free swatch book which will have pieces of gel (in all the pinks you can imagine) which would be big enough for a couple of coin slots. you might be able to get a swatch book straight from the manufacturers

These are great ideas - I need to find the clear coin reject assembly first though!  I've been searching Google all day with no luck...  Someone has to make some Happ sized ones so we can get crazy with the colors!!

Aurich:

I've never seen a clear coin button. :(
