Home Depot has essentially aluminum "L" poles (for a lack of a better word) in different lengths. I usually get the 4" length for like $6.00 and cut it to make two brackets. They hold paint decently enough and look great.

Yeah, I have used divemaster before.....but I hate paypal with a passion. The last time I went through divemaster it took 2 weeks....divemasters part only took like 2 days, so I am not blaming him at all for the time delay....paypal takes WAY too long to clear payments

I used the same thing. 3/4" by 2 feet.

Yup, aluminum angle rods is what I use too. Strong, light, and drills easily.
