Nope those are the original buttons. They are pneumatic buttons that connected to the PCB via air hoses. It used the strength of the button press to determine which type of punch/kick to use.

I guess...if you are really crafty. The PCB can also be put into a standard 6 button SFII type cab. You will find many many more of the converted ones than the originals. The original stuff tended to crap out pretty easily.
