display quality of vertical games on the u3100
« on: March 27, 2002, 08:35:57 pm »
I have my cab allmost done and i'm trying to decide on a moniter. Can you read the text on vertical games with the wells u3100 19" and how do the graphics look.  I'm worried the vertical games won't be detailed enough on the u3100.

It's plenty detailed to read Arial 10 point at 640x480 off FMAME32 in a windows desktop.

As long as you sit more than 3 inches from the screen :)
Staring too long, too close at the pixels can strain the eyes.

Actually, vertical games look slightly better than horizontal ones because that's how the "bricks" line up.
