The 4808 is an arcade monitor with a 15khz mode.... the 4809 does that and VGA at 640X480.... So it seems that whoever built their website got the specifications wrong. An arcade monitor is generally described as 19" when there is 19" viewable... whereas a PC Monitor can be described as 19" (because that's the tube size) and only have 17" Viewable.
