| Simple LED wiring question (LED-Wiz) |

I got my RGB-Drive LEDs and LED-Wiz from GGG and am in the process of wiring up my control panel and came up with a stupid question. The 4 wire ribbon cable has one wire marked red, is this the common anode (aka +5v) line? And then for the remaining three wires (red, blue and green inputs) does it matter how I wire them up to the LED-Wiz sequence wise? I assume it would be best to follow the same pattern for all the LEDs. For instance just do wire 1 (red) to output 1 on LEDWiz, wire 2 (blue) to output 2, wire 3 (green) to output 3 and just make sure I stick with the same order of red, blue, green connections for the rest of the LEDs? (IE. R B G | R B G | R B G) This seems like crazy stuff to ask I know but I don't want to have to rewire anything. :) Thanks! |

Yes, the wire marked red is the common anode (+5v). You just gotta check out headkaze's well documented LED-Wiz makeover: http://members.iinet.net.au/~freeaxs/arcade/ledwiz.htm |
