So Tomorrow I'm going to pick up(hopefully) my first Cab.

Personally, i've never strapped down my cabinet,  just dropped it in to the back,  closed the gate,  shut my shell door and was on my way.   That said,  I also drive VERY carefully when I have a cabinet in back.

BUT,  if you have a strap handy,  it sure wouldn't hurt.

No problem! As long is nothing is loose inside they will be fine. The cab on the right (a Zaxxon that was converted to a Twin Eagle) later drove 2 hours in the rain wrapped in a tarp to get it to my buddies house. It stayed dry and fired right up.
