Another ANOTHER good find???
tetsu96:
I saw this bad boy for sale and suprisingly (sarcasm?) didn't get any competition in obtaining it. Works fully and had paid for and dropped off for only $30. Needs some restoration work to be sure but I wanted to find out if this pong era discrete game is worth even fixing up other than the novelty of doing it?
Sure is a funky cab though. I get confused looking at all the control options on that CP.

Sweet, 1975!!! Looks like it's very rare and pics are needed:

You should definitely add some pics to the KLOV entry. Good luck fixing that thing if it doesn't fire up. Your odds of finding support are very slim.
Edit: Just reread and saw that it is full working. Hell yeah restore that thing. Looks like it could be touched up pretty easily.

Yep, fired up fine - my kids even played it for a while... of course, if I had noticed the sheathing to the power cable was as bad as it was I would have taped it up before letting them play but what can you do sometimes?
Doh! :censored:
The wood overlay that goes around the base I figured would cost the most to replace unless that can be patched. Other than that, a little wood filler, pushing out the CP where it looks like someone punched it, and cleaning / painting. No decals, it's all painted on (maybe that's normal in the older cabs, I haven't seen any real ones in so long).
Can T-Molding be pulled out and reinserted or will that be stressing the joint it came from too much? Would be easier to pull it out while painting and place it back in upside down I'd figure if I didn't get new T-Molding.

awesome. finally, a cabinet I can build that only uses 1 button.
I think it's a great find.
