Hagstrom = Top Notch service

I had a problem with my 1.5-2 year old KE-24. I sent it to Hagstrom and they upgraded, tested and sent it back no charge.

I can't say enough good things about their service...it is first rate.

I agree they repaired mine after I had a problem. It was over 2 years old and they repaired it free of charge. I was waiting for them to reply via email with a bill and next thing I knew it was in my mail box repaired free of charge. These guys are awsome!

Just when I was about to send them a message and ask if they got it, it arrived in the mail upgraded at no cost.

A good company, no doubt.
