You could route out the outer "oval" shape. Than have the inside (black) part cut out of vinyl and stick that on the red plexi....

I got a lot done this weekend...
I have access to a really nice woodworkers shop, so I took full advantage of such. I got the cabinet structure built, and 2 coats of primer and paint on it. I need to get the artwork ordered today, and the plexiglass cut for the control panel and marquee.

Wow. I think you may have just given me my idea for my project.
I was trying to think of what to make my cab look like. and i wanted to do something cool on the sides like kneivel. Now I will probably do this.
