6-Button Street Fighter set-up?

OK, I have the PL1 buttons all set-up correctly.  It seems though for the PL2 only 4 buttons are active on the keyboard for Mame?  Does anyone know all the correct PL2 button assignments for a Street Fighter 6 button set-up?

Yeah, a lot of times they're not in order at all.
