yea. It is like you could have drove there, picked them up and been home by now! Stick in Hand!! |

I would imagine that the delay is caused by the snow storm that hit the midwest this week. Some places got 12+ inches in a day. Combine that with temperatures below zero for a couple days and areas that aren't used to getting that much snow so quickly, and it would explain some of the delay. |

All that has always made me wonder why GM, as well as many of the arcade companies, are/were based there. |

DHL is far worse than UPS or FedEx in my area. - fail to deliver a package because "the driver couldn't find your house." (we're in a neighborhood 5 miles out of town, not hard to find, and they'd delivered to us many times before. this has happened more than once with DHL. has never happened with UPS or FedEx.) - tracking website says package has arrived at local office, and it sits there 2 days before they get around to putting it on a truck and delivering it. i think this is when i've only paid for the cheaper service, and they want to be sure not to deliver it too quickly. ::) (vs. UPS, who are happy to deliver as early as possible, whenever it works out, no matter which service you've paid for. we had weekly shipments for a year from a vendor 90 miles away, which always arrived the next day.) i avoid DHL whenever i have the choice. |
