Heh I've phoned a few local machine shops and the want in the region of £70 for two sets of stems plus collars! :o I'm sure I can get them cheaper, I'll try a few more or as you say just go for the collar swap out for now. :)

Thinking about it, I reckon the conversion route might be the better way to go actually due to the costs above and also due to the seemingly piss poor performance the 360 seems to have with beat 'em ups. I do like my Sanwa HRAP for shoot 'em ups and since the Sanwa also does well on SF2-alikes I'm again thinking this might be the best overall solution to go for in my case.
