Can anybody confirm this? |
| Organic Jerk:
I have 2005 installed and "out-of-the-box" the lowest res it supports is 800*600, but I found a neat little utility on a Widescreen gaming forum that you can use to patch the game and input any resolution you like.. I currently have it running at 640*480 with no problems... I'm currently trying to track it down again so I'll edit this post in a bit... EDIT: Found it: http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=UniWS It seems to only have support for Tiger Woods 2004 and 2005, but I would imagine given the nature of the forum it may grow to support the newer ones .... well that is unless a better solution wasn't on their forums somewhere. Either way I use 2005 so this worked perfecty for me. |

Are you playing the game with a trackball? |
| Organic Jerk:
Yeap. The game runs rather well, but don't expect the same kind of fast camera action as the arcade version of Tiger Woods. t's a PC game so the action is a bit more nuanced, giving you your player's reactions to your swing and such. As far as controls, so far I've only needed a keyboard once to type the name of a custom player I created. Unlike GT, you have to click your player with the left mouse/trackball button before you can swing. This is because the mouse/trackball is used for the menu system and turning your player, as well.. |
