It is my understanding that if there is no red LED, the PCB is dead. Try it on another PC to be sure and/or plug it in as the only USB device on the bus. If there is still no LED lit, you should probably contact Andy. John VV |

1. Disconnect all 3 working U360s 2 .Now reconnect fourth not working U360 to one from USB port where 3 U360s were working 3. Check if now this not working U360 will work and post it here. |

Not sure about the map issue but he is sending me two new boards. Have to love Andy and Ultimarc, he really understands customer service. I will not hesitate to order anything from him. He goes out of his way to help you and does it quickly. Thanks Andy |
