*EDIT*

OK I solved the solenoid problem and will add a stand alone solenoid and put a blanking plate over the obsolete holes.

Now I have a new problem.

Can anyone tell me from the pics below what coin mech may have been used.  The parts book i have suggests a Mars ME 111.   I assume it would have been the 15 pin version as the "router board only has 16 pins available.   BUT I HAVE NO IDEA.

There is no "stand alone" credit board, instead a ribbin would have gone from the coin mech to this "router" board to the main PCB that controlls everything. There is also a LCD credit display which lights up with 00 when the cab is powered.

As you can see from the pic there are some loose wires..... any idea how to tell what these are?

i would like to replace the coin mech if possible or wire up a switch if i have too.

I have no idea what wires do what......

Any guidance would be appreciated

That appears to be a machine not intended for USA distribution. It has a "foreign" type coin door (in other words not domestic USA).

Sorry can't help you as it's not one for the USA.
diverdown:
it was possibly UK in origin. But it was/is in Australia now
