It's not an arcade game but... I remember when I first played Resident Evil on Playstation (1). I played it at night, everytime something jumped out to kill you, and that gamepad rumbled, I about pissed my pants. It was a combination of great graphics (for the time), creepy music, and stimulating gameplay. Of course those ghosts in Pac Man were really creepy too :) |

Chiller - nasty game. The bowling alley by my house had it. I used to play it a lot when I was 11 or 12. I still can't believe that was a real arcade game. It was one the first roms I looked for when I found MAME though. Same thing with custer's revenge, I never saw it then, but my friend's older brother told us all about it. I had to find it when I found the Stella emu. |
