Hi! New at Serial ATA drives and Im putting together a computer and the motherboard ( Asus A7N8X Deluxe) I got can support Serial ATA drives and my question is My board only supports Serial ATA 133 Looking at Tiger they only offer Serial ATA 150. If I buy a 150 I know it will not run at 150 but will it run at 133 or even run at all? Thanks for your time  |

it will work fine at 133. |

SerialATA doesn't have a 133 variant AFAIK. It's either SATA 150 or SATA 300. 133 is a PATA (IDE) speed. I had an A7N8X a while back too, and I used a SATA 150 drive. |

SATA started at 150. Yes, you are talking about PATA 133. |
