How long did it take to get it?
How was the support?

I've had a classic unit for over 6 months.... Great Quality, Great Product.

It took three weeks from payment to delivery. I've had no problems with the hardware at all. I've asked several software related questions (configurations) and received quick and helpful responses.

I just ordered a Quad unit for a new showcase project I'm working on.

Slikstik has been great!!

My buddy and I both ordered 1.
It's been 5 weeks since we ordered. We were recently told that it would be shipping out at the end of this week so expect another 3-5 days on top of that before delivery so that gives us about 7 week from order to delivery.
Just slightly disappointed in the wait time thats all, no big deal really.
It looks really sweet though!

It's coming today according to UPS!!!!!
Oops, I really miscalculated! It will actually be just a little over 5 weeks which is what they show on their website.
