Can you ID this cabinet?

I was about to say the same thing.
TOK:
Sorry I missed the post about the bezel. I can see it being hard to identify, because there aren't any pictures of trucks or anything, but the instructions (painted, not a card) definitely give some good hints about the game.

Interesting.  The picture shows 3 buttons but the description says:
Controls:
Joystick: 49-position optical
Buttons: 2

Nothing wrong with that.

I'm guessing there's two punch buttons, wired together.  Look at pigskin, a near relative of arch rivals (same joystick, same age, same idea but football, same cab): the game wires "three buttons" to the PCB, but had four on the CP, with punch on both side buttons.  (The pigskin manual also shows this.)

The other time you'll see more buttons on the CP is when the buttons are mirrored/copied buttons on both sides of the joystick, such as on some ikari CPs.

That's it exactly; I've got an Arch Rivals panel sitting right here, and the "Punch/Steal/Pass" button is doubled up, one on either side of the "Shoot/Block" button.

What are the buttons on the top of the CP, from left to right?
Also, where did you guys get your trackball?  Any recommendations for best price/performance?

Thanks

Admin buttons in this order left to right
Player 1, Credit, Quit, Pause, Credit, Player 2

Yeah, I put smoked plexi on it (expensive booger!). This was a progress shot. Carefully fit everything on your CP because there isn't a ton of room to work with, but you can make it work.
