I was worried I'd stuffed my CPU or somthing.

I haven't had time to fully see if its working because I am running super late but it seems to have fixed the problem. its booting up now and asking me to check the bios settings.

**EDIT** so far its asking for the RAID drivers which are on cd somewhere around here, and needed to re-install a few of my devices, but it seems to be working a-ok. **EDIT**
