The buys said they requested to be private. I wonder if that means there was a sale? It looked like it could be the real thing, but the price? Who would spend that much for a stupid game?
I know the whole back stroy behind it, but who cares? Still, it got some co-workers around my computer to skoff and laugh, and plenty of us are talking about it... :blah:

Last time I checked, the higher the asking price, the higher the listing fee would be. Does anyone know what the listing fee for 1.75 million dollars is?

The listing fee doesn't go up, only the selling fee. eBay would get a cut of the ending price. And before anyone goes on saying that someone should have bid so he would have to pay the selling fee, the selling fee can be removed quite easily by filing a non-paying bidder.
I'm not going to comment on the auction...
