Kinda new to this, trying to get some of the lightgun games working on mine mame/mamewah cabinet. I understand for Area51 I need .chg file. How about virtual cop, house of the dead, etc. There are ROMS available but they don't run properly in MAME. Do I need to get a PC game and then run it thru my front end? What are the roms for then? Thanks for the help. Also, if there is a good place to download these please LMK. :banghead: |

Well, before you get this thread locked, you don't want to be asking where to get less than legal games. house of the dead 2 and 3 are on pc so you can purchase those 2 certainly. Area 51 requires a .chd, compressed hard disk image in order to run. They're considerably large for most games and some don't even work at this point. As to where one might acquire said file, my memory is hazy... GT |
