| Any way to get bill collectors to stop calling the wrong number? |

I get at least five calls every single day at my office for Forest. Every single time I tell the person that they have called a business that I have worked at for more than seven years and a Forest has never lived or worked here, and that their calls are really irritating and to please stop calling, but they keep calling. Is there anyway to put a stop to this. The number is already on the do not call registry, but thats just for sales calls. Any suggestions? |

I'm wondering the same thing. A while back when my brother in law didn't have a phone he'd use mine on contracts and such. They still call me and they don't seem to hear me when I say "there is no chris here!" |

Report it to your company and let them handle it. |

Heh . . . if I reported it to my company I'd be reporting it to myself. If it has electricity running into it, be it a computer, telephone, calculator, fax machine, etc., I'm the go to guy. We're not real big - probably only about 80-90 employees. |

I used to work for this giant monster corporate collection agency*. If you used the magic words "cease and desist", you would never hear from them again. I have no idea how widespread this policy is, but it sure did the trick for that place. -S *No I didn't work in the collections dept. |
